Return and Refund Policy

S V Auto & Machinery does NOT offer a "Try & Return" policy. Faulty goods should be made aware to us as soon as possible. As a rule we do not collect goods from customers unless the fault occurs within the first 30 days, however we can arrange collection at the customers cost. We are under no obligation to accept returns of Non-Faulty goods after the 7 day cooling off period and if Non- Faulty goods have been used they are not returnable. Please note we are under no obligation to pay or provide for the return of non faulty goods.

Returns of Non-Faulty goods within the 7-day cooling off period will be at the customers expense. Returned goods must be "As New", in complete re-saleable condition, including all manuals and loose items. (Excluding Special Order items, which are non-returnable for any reason.)

In the event of a refund payment will only be returned once the goods have been fully inspected on our premises and will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the original value.
